We serve medium and small businesses and the owners of those businesses plus individuals  and businesses with unique, complex, interesting and/or unusual tax issues including representation before the IRS and other tax authorities.  We provide financial reporting, accounting, audit, review and compilation services to privately held businesses.  We also provide forensic accounting services and have served as expert witnesses in federal and state courts.  We have developed a niche working with dealerships (automobile, motorcycle, heavy truck, boats, RV's, etc.) and regularly participate in industry events.
